RYSCAR HOUSE, BLACKPOOL
Undertaken at the difficult times during the corona virus pandemic, the construction of 24 additional car parking spaces to a commercial property in the seaside town of Blackpool.
BARCLAYS HOUSE ,MANCHESTER
The construction of a re inforced concrete base to the new core being installed to the existing 7 story high building , this was a labour intensive logistical challenge to say the least .
Also undertaken were install of new water feed, HV duct and new drainage connecting to an existing manhole in the basement.
SOUTH LODGE, LYMM
A large new build property for an exciting new developer, this six week project included foundations, internal and external surface and foul water drainage with installation of sewerage treatment plant.
HOME BARGAINS, FLINT.
November 19 to March 20.
Contracted to provide finishing trades on a new retail development on the welsh border
HOME BARGAINS,SPEKE.
This finishing package in the summer of 2019 consisted of over 1000 linear metres of kerb,1500 metres of pin kerb and block paving to more than 200 car parking spaces.
ST HERBERTS PRIMARY
CHADDERTON.
The conversion of an internal courtyard into 3 offices and 2 new classrooms.
This package consisted of demolition of existing courtyard wall, removal of existing drainage to be replaced by new internal sewers, reduce excavation,strip foundation ,gas membrane and slab.
